Canada Express Entry Process

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) use Express Entry, a streamlined computerized procedure, to handle applications for Canadian permanent residency. When you apply for Express Entry, you join the CIC pool of prospective candidates. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points, which are assigned to each applicant's profile based on, among other things, their education, work experience, and language ability, are used to automatically rank the possible applicants in the pool. The first thing you must do is register for a CIC profile online once you have decided where to apply. Only 12 months of a profile's eligibility for selection through Express Entry remain, after which a new profile must be prepared. Step by step Process for Express Entry

Within the allotted period, the applicant must carefully finish the process. Here is how it works:

 

Step 1: Get ECA (Educational Credential Assessment)

To show that their overseas education is on par with the level in Canada, a candidate must obtain an Educational Credential Assessment or ECA.

 

Step 2: Language Proficiency Test Report

Along with the IELTS score, the candidate needs a report on their language skills. This shows if the applicant's English proficiency meets the Canadian Government Benchmark Level (CLB) 7 or not.

 

Step 3: Express Entry Profile Application

The candidate can create an online profile in the Express Entry System after they have both of the required documents.

 

Step 4: Get CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) Score

After completing the application form, the applicant is given a score that is used as a cut-off to evaluate applications. If you obtain the required CRS score, you can qualify for a Canada PR visa.

 

Step 5: Express Entry Draw Wait

The applicant then has to wait until the Express Entry Pool lottery, which happens on a regular basis. Candidates who rank better than a certain threshold are invited to participate in PR.

 

Step 6: Invitation To Apply (ITA)

An invitation to apply will be sent to you if your rating is higher (ITA). You have 60 days after receiving it to apply for PR.

 

Step 7: Finally Permanent Residence (PR) Application

You can submit the completed PR application together with the necessary paperwork. Most of these applications will be processed within six months, according to the authorities. You will receive your PR authorization once you are accepted.
